Our Service is hosted by Squarespace.com, Inc. (“Squarespace”).  Squarespace provides us with an online platform to provide the Service to you.  Your information, including Personal Information, may be stored through Squarespace`s servers.  By using the Service, you consent to Squarespace’s collection, disclosure, storage, and use of your Personal Information by Squarespace’s privacy policy available at https://www.squarespace.com/privacy

VII. STORAGE AND TRANSFER OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Due to the hosting- and e-mail services used, the Personal Data processed may be transferred to and stored on, servers maintained by located in a country outside the European Economic Area (EEA), such as the United States of America only in accordance with. Those third parties state that they shall comply with the requirements on third country transfers by transfers meeting one or several of the following requirements:  (i) there is a level of protection deemed adequate by the European Commission or (ii) that the relevant Standard Contractual Clauses are in place (i.e., the applicable module of the Standard Contractual Clauses for the transfer of personal data to third countries according to Regulation (E.U.) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council from June 4, 2021. 

This means that there should be an adequate level of protection for the processing of Personal Data by such third parties. X. EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS & OPTING OUT
We will send you Service-related announcements on occasions when it is necessary to do so.
